Steel supports are used to support glass panels. The steel supports have a base plate to anchor to concrete measuring (8” x 12” x ½”) or (200 x 300 x 10mm). The base of the supports flair out at an angle for additional support. The base plates have four holes drilled at ½” or 16mm in diameter.

Treatment Process and Thermosetting Covering
This cleaning of the steel process degreases using three washes. The first two washes are free of phosphates (ST 609) and a final wash in reverse osmosis water in order to obtain a perfectly prepared surface ready for the specified coating of paint RAL.6005 with a matt or gloss finish.
The multi-metal ST 609 zetacoat process is a phosphate free product that applies layers on a large scale and approved for multi-metal applications on iron, aluminum, thermo/electro galvanized steel and zamack in immersion facilities. This immersion treatment provides excellent resistance to corrosion.
Treatment process and thermosetting covering:
Phase one. Degrease
Phase two. Wash with reverse osmosis water
Phase three. Wash with reverse osmosis water
Phase four. Wash with reverse osmosis water
Phase five. Passive Surtec 609 (NANOCERAMICO)
Phase six. Wash with reverse osmosis water
Phase seven. Drying in a humidity tunnel with a temp. of 145 0C or 293 0F
Phase eight. Reduction of the electrostatic covering with RAL POLYESTER, between 80-100 microns.
Phase nine. Polymerization tunnel at a temperature between 200-300 0C or 392-572 0 F depending on the metal thickness.
